A proud alumnus of Elon University, Nolan brings a solid foundation in Finance to our practice. Under the mentorship of CEO Steve Lee, Nolan is poised to provide planning and investment support to both our team and his clients.
My professional journey began in 2020 with an internship at Wagener-Lee, where I had the privilege of being mentored by CEO Steve Lee. During this experience, I discovered my passion for financial planning, inspired by the ability to help others achieve their financial goals. To build on this foundation, I completed the rigorous Financial Advisor training program with Merrill Lynch in Washington, DC, which further solidified my dedication to guiding clients through their financial journeys. In 2023, I returned to Wagener-Lee to help clients achieve their comprehensive financial goals, once again benefiting from the invaluable mentorship of Steve Lee.
My roots are firmly planted in Maryland—I grew up in Sykesville and now call the Locust Point neighborhood of Baltimore home, where I live with my college girlfriend. As a lifelong Baltimore sports fan who enjoys golf, traveling, and spending time with family and friends, I bring a personal touch and shared values to the relationships I build with my clients.
I believe in empowering individuals, particularly those who may not realize that achieving financial security is within their reach. I find the intersection of psychology and money fascinating, as it provides a lens through which I can understand and assist my clients. By exploring these aspects together, I strive to create tailored strategies that align with my client’s financial goals, values, and aspirations. Through open dialogue and discovery, I aim to help my clients make informed decisions, cultivate healthier financial habits, and achieve greater financial well-being. My goal for all clients is to help them not only accumulate wealth but to keep it for generations.
Beyond my professional work, I am honored to serve as the youngest member on the Board of Directors for Blossoms of Hope, a 501(c)(3) organization committed to improving the quality of life in Howard County through beautification projects and support for cancer-related causes. Giving back to the community in a meaningful way is a role I deeply value.
My journey in leadership began as a captain and All-County quarterback of my high school football team. At Elon University, I further developed my leadership skills as the Dean of the Love School of Business. Today, I bring that same dedication and team-focused mindset to my role as my clients’ financial quarterback, guiding them to navigate and achieve their financial goals with confidence.
I absolutely love live music. I’ve been fortunate enough to attend over 50 concerts all over the United States in my lifetime, and let me tell you, each one has been a unique adventure. My absolute favorite concerts to attend are country music shows. Growing up, all I listened to was country, which stuck with me.
